There has been a slight increase to fees for Assembly this year which has been inevitable in order to account for a funding shortfall. In keeping with the theme of building relationships, we have also incorporated two main meals (lunch and dinner) into the base rate.
This year we are able to offer an early bird rate for commissioners who register before the 31st July. There will also be a late fee applied to those who register after the 31st of August.
We are pleased to offer limited accommodation and breakfast on site at St Andrew’s College. Assembly this year has coincided with a number of events in Christchurch which has meant that accommodation is in short supply and we encourage you to secure your accommodation early if you are planning to attend Assembly.
If you are flying into Christchurch, we have managed to secure a competitive rate ($10 one way or $18 return) with Super Shuttle for airport transport. Let us know if you require transport to and/or from the airport when you register to make sure you are allocated a space.
For those attending the Minister’s Training Day on the 3rd October, dinner is available from 5pm. The dining hall will close at 6.30pm as the opening powhiri begins at 7pm. Lunch is included on the final day of Assembly, and we ask that you allow time for this when making travel arrangements.
All of our fees include GST. If your parish is paying, the GST may be recoverable.
